1. When you finish payment on our web, we will undertake to pack and delivery package to you within 24 hours except any unexpected cases.
2. The shipment leaves from China.
3. The travel time for your order is approximately 5-10 working days by EMS (Express Mail Service), USPS (The Untied States Postal Service) in virtue of your choice, which costs free.
4. Besides EMS, you could choose rush delivery (FedEx, TNT, UPS) as way of transportation that costs you additional 30 dollars. However, it is the faster way to delivery comparing with EMS so that you will get it within 3-4 days.
5. Except the following countries: Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland and Iran need to pay freight 30 dollars, Brazil needs 10 dollars, Guadeloupe needs 50 dollars. Other countries like USA, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Japan, Portugal, Norway, Greece, Singapore, Vietnam are free cost.
6. When the package arrives at your door, please confirm that there is an adult (over 18 years old) to sign for the delivery in America; If nobody at home, the package will move back to your local post office, then please contact your local post office as soon as possible.
Return Policy
The following are about condition and preference of return:
1.Merchandise must be unworn and in original condition, with original tags and/or packaging.
2.You should be charge of return shipping fee.
3If we send you wrong size, color or style shoes, please keep it and we will re-send the new one without delay.
